## Before requesting access

* use an email address you can check immediately;
* choose the main device you want to test;
* make sure the Internet connection is stable;
* verify that the request is being made through an official TereaTV page.

## After activation

1. Check the inbox and spam folder for the activation message.
2. Install a compatible player using the official installation guide.
3. Copy the supplied details exactly.
4. Test one device and note any reproducible error.
5. Contact official support if the activation message does not arrive within the time stated on the trial page.

Trial terms and availability can change. The official page is the final source for current conditions.
