# RENEWAL

Use a verified TereaTV route whenever you renew a subscription. The public website does not currently expose a dedicated renewal page, so do not guess a payment URL from a search result or an unsolicited message.

## Safe renewal checklist

1. Open the same customer route or order confirmation used for the original subscription.
2. Check the hostname before entering account or payment information.
3. If the renewal option is unclear, contact [official TereaTV support](https://tereatv.net/contact) and ask for the current route.
4. Confirm the plan duration and number of connections before paying.
5. Keep the confirmation message and transaction reference private.
6. Test the existing device setup after support confirms renewal.

## Avoid lookalike renewal pages

* Do not search for a payment link and choose a domain only because it uses the TereaTV name.
* Do not send credentials, order records, or payment details in a public issue or comment.
* Do not use a renewal link from an unknown social profile, direct message, or copied advertisement.
